From head lights to literally ordering a part from out of the country, the team here will make sure you are taken care of! I had my Volts Wagon Jetta serviced here and not only did they go out of the way to get my part they also received a loaner vehicle and immediately serviced it to give it to me for the duration they had my vehicle. I will recommend them to all my friends for their car needs.

HONEST REVIEW: It was important I left this review because the customer service was incredible. My Jeep had some steering issues. I called in and explained my cars issue and Mike was very patient. I was even offered a loaner car while they worked on my Jeep after I shared the timing of the complications were not favorable for me. This is an honest family like customer service business.Very fair pricing and honest diagnostics. My Jeep is riding great. I will be taking all my vehicles here.

Called about my skid plate hanging off about two months ago now. They got me taken care of as quickly as they could. They pinned up my plate for free. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. For sure will return here for future car issues.

Such a great spot! I’m away from home and had been stressing about my car, but everyone at Kettering was so welcoming and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. They kept in contact with me the whole time, so I always knew what was happening. 10/10 recommend!

I had such a great experience at Kettering & Oakwood Automotive. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your car, but this is definitely one of them.
